We work with you to research, and develop your ideas, planning, programs, and capacity.

We act as your detectives to test, adapt, prove, and add value to your existing services, and to innovate, to bring together existing evidence, and add to it.

With a whole-of-system, organisation-wide approach, we apply research & action-research methodologies, including desktop literature and service reviews, bespoke and collaborative co-design, and person-led pilot projects.

Based on the evidence, we can guide practical strategies to problem solve service model, and operational level challenges. Work can work on big or small service reviews, from full scope statewide systemic reviews and advice, through to start up level or reimagining your approach, developing and documenting practice guidelines, policy and procedures, and streamlining services while maintaining quality, in resource limited environments.

    We can deliver desk top literature and service reviews, through to bespoke action research and collaborative co-design, and person-led design projects.

    Committed to understanding what works and how, Our Chief Innovation Officer and head of R&D, Hayden is a published academic with over 20yrs experience including as a PhD supervisor, and Research Fellow at The University of Melbourne.

    Hayden is an expert in data, analysis, and research and evaluation methodologies. He is highly skilled at enabling others to identify their hypothesis, uncover the available lessons, and by the end of the processes be absolutely confident they understand the evidence.

    With a whole of organisation approach, we work with you to pilot and prove your existing good practice, and work with you to add value. We guide practical strategies to problem solve service model, and operational level challenges from policy and procedures, to resolving waitlists, and maintaining quality in resource limited environments.

    We build upon, and add to the body of evidence. The point is to understand how to create the best outcomes for clients, staff, leaders, and the organisations who support them, so it can be replicated.
